The introduction of brushless motors for the evaporator and condenser fans, enables the new LD9 system to achieve high cooling performance and air flow volumes capable of withstanding extreme ambient temperatures of up to 50° C.

With over 50,000 units currently operating in bus applications, the highly anticipated DENSO 75BU33 compressors, with swashplate variable capacity 60-333cc/rev produce stable temperature control, fuel savings and proven reliability.

DENSO’s advanced production processes enable our evaporator and heaters to be developed with inner grooved tubes to aid heat transfer. Whilst our highly efficient multi-flow condenser comes equipped with subcooler. Not only does the LD9’s slim functional design provide smooth exterior aesthetic integration, but also ensures that the air intake is directly channelled into the ducting eliminating the need for obtrusive sub-ducts.Like its predecessor, the LD9 continues to outperform its rivals in environmental responsiveness with an increase in refrigeration cycle efficiency and light weight construction.

When it comes to service and repair, the new LD9 system reduces maintenance costs by utilising brushless motors, all backed by a rapidly expanding Australia-wide service dealer network.The result is an integrated and efficient bus air-conditioning system that delivers high thermal comfort and air quality with the lowest cost of ownership in the market.
